If you are already experienced in construction logistics processes or you are willing to learn and grow in the sector with the responsibilities to:
Responsibilities:
- Organize the delivery of all parts, materials, tools and equipment for the working projects
- Communication with external business partners to ensure end-to-end visibility from Purchase Order to Material receipt
- Ensure the purchase of parts and equipment at the best possible prices on the market;
- Order the necessary materials and coordinate the method and time of delivery, as well as the terms of delivery with the external vendors;
- Monitor the progress of deliveries and manage critical situations during transport - monitoring the status of purchase orders, shipments of material and any required adjustments to deliveries;
- Be one of the main point of contacts for all issues related to logistics - resolve issues related to shipping documentation, invoices and payments; manage escalations and provide feedback on questions and requests from the teams;
- Appropriately handle challenging and unique customer situations
- Maintain archive and reporting on the status of orders - regular and ad-hock reports, related to the managed portfolio;
- Collect, classify, validate and archive transport documents and invoices related to purchase orders, material deliveries and payments;
- Work with the relevant ERP system and update the necessary information in it;
- Participate in the improvement of the current logistics processes in the company.
- University degree in Economics or Logistics would be an advantage
- Working level in spoken and written English
- Аnalytical skills and logical thinking
- Excellent MS Office literacy (advanced Excel, and/or Database knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
