As they continue to expand their international footprint, we are looking for a detail-oriented logistics and procurement professional to join their team.

The Role You will be the backbone of the supply chain, ensuring that the company portfolio of luxury spirits moves seamlessly from producers to global markets. This role sits at the intersection of international trade, inventory management, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement: Manage purchasing cycles for champagne, spirits, and other beverages, ensuring optimal stock levels and pricing.
• International Logistics: Coordinate complex global shipments, managing freight forwarders and ensuring timely delivery across borders.
• Compliance & Documentation: Handle customs clearances, excise duties (EMCS), and international shipping documentation specific to alcoholic beverages.
• Supplier Management: Maintain and develop relationships with international distilleries, maisons, and vendors.
• Inventory Control: Monitor warehouse stocks and reconcile inventory to prevent discrepancies.

Your Profile

• Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory (primary business language). German language skills are highly preferred for local coordination and regulatory tasks.
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics or purchasing, ideally within the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Global Mindset: Comfortable navigating international shipping regulations and working across different time zones.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Proactive Personality: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a "problem-solver" mentality.
