For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – PTE Customer Care Representative with Hungarian or Finnish, or Turkish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, friendly, and solution-focused support via phone, email, and live chat;
• Assist users with product-related inquiries and offer clear guidance on digital services;
• Escalate complex issues to specialized internal teams when needed;
• Log all customer interactions with accuracy and consistency using support tools;
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer journey;
• Contribute to the localization and optimization of help content for different markets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hungarian or Finnish, or Turkish;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Previous experience in customer service or user support is a plus;
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills;
• Familiarity with digital platforms and a general interest in tech or mobile apps is a bonus;
• Open to part-time work or flexible scheduling.
