The TOP Dev Team is responsible for the software behind all company services – car rental and mobility solutions, vehicle sharing, franchising platforms, tourism portals, and other ambitious digital projects. The team consists of 6 software developers and 2 designers, working in close collaboration to design, develop, and scale reliable, user-focused products that support the entire Top Rent A Car ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks and lead a small team of developers.
• Ensure high software quality through manual and automated testing.
• Prepare, execute, and maintain test scenarios and functional tests.
• Create and maintain clear and accurate software documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Analyze technical requirements and propose process and workflow improvements.
• Maintain high team efficiency, motivation, and accountability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, testing, or system maintenance.
• Solid understanding of backend development concepts (Laravel, REST API, GraphQL, XML).
• Experience with frontend technologies, particularly Vue.js.
• Proficiency with task management tools (Jira, Trello) and version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Analytical thinking with a structured approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
