We are expanding our team and, due to the increased workload, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Project manager to become part of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle – from initiation, planning and preparation of activities to execution, monitoring, control, and closure;
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance projects across underwriting, claims, policy administration, or compliance functions;
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in line with business and regulatory requirements;
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines;
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation;
  • Perform project analysis and reporting;
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes through regular reporting;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including actuarial, IT, legal, compliance, and operations;
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify achieved results, lessons learned, and areas for improvement;
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers;
  • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, project management, business administration, or a related field;
  • English and Bulgarian – C1 level, written and spoken. A second language is an advantage;
  • Previous experience in the insurance field is required;
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure, or similar;
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are an advantage;
  • Experience in preparing project documentation and managing project budgets;
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and task prioritization skills.
