Main responsibilities:

• Plans, steers and completes the activities in a turn-key Photovoltaic projects;
• Cooperates closely with every business function to ensure project development in line with project strategy;
• Coordinates permitting activities and administration with local authorities in the country of the assigned project;
• Acts as a main point of contact with the client;
• Handles administrative part of the project- meetings, action plans and deadlines, project forms and templates, etc. in an organized and efficient manner;
• Proactively oversees and evaluates project activities, builds schedules, back-up plans and undertakes corrective risk-management actions, supervises cost controls and contract obligations;
• Initiates and moderates workshops (kick-off and wrap-up meetings, solving emerging problems or knowledge management transfer)
• Drafts and delivers presentations, undertakes analysis and acts to solve conditions and requirements.
• Reports advance before company management and conducts effective project meetings;
• Constantly reviews the processes for occurring problems and escalates information in time to ensure agreed deadlines are followed;
• Is a central internal point for the project for all company departments and projects in order to create strong and efficient project team and process.

The successful profile:

• High level of English or German;
• University degree in Engineering, Construction and Architecture, Technical or other suitable area of study;
• Experience as a Project manager in large construction sites and projects in Bulgaria or abroad, experience in a renewable energy projects is a plus;
• PMI, PMP or PMQ certified or more than 2 years’ experience in companies with established project management practices ;
• MS Office (command of Excel and Project) and Auto CAD;
• A professional with a collaborative approach, reaching results by engaging with and influencing others;
• Independent working style, multitasking and details focused;
• High communication capabilities and skills to distribute work within the team;
• Ready to travel frequently abroad.
