The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project using established internal processes and best practices. The Project Manager is responsible for coordination and completion of the project and will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, leading meetings, assigning responsibilities, documenting risks and issues, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. The Project Manager will be responsible for more than one project at a time. The Project Manager will be responsible for presenting detailed informational updates about project progress to all staff levels including executive.
Working Hours: 40/week, Monday–Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to):
- Manage the day-to-day running of multiple enterprise-level projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to company’s priorities, within scope, within budget and establish accurate timelines for deliverables.
- Effectively manage project sponsors, stakeholders, contributors, and third-party vendors fostering productive working relationships to drive project success.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure optimal resource availability and allocation, leveraging team members' skills and capabilities.
- Track progress and clearly communicate resource requirements, progress, updates and delays to senior management. Escalate to management when needed.
- Take responsibility for detailed-planning of the projects in order to accomplish goals or produce the products required within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.
- Identify, log, analyse and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking corrective action.
- Adhere to and utilize the PMO information organization structure and templates, ensuring consistency and alignment with established project management practices.
- Organize, develop presentations, and determine agenda for meetings with project teams
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, attend conferences and obtain training as required to maintain proficiency and professional certification.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Flexible schedule occasionally required to cover cross-border projects and time zones.
Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Communication skills, written and verbal, that display their ability to persuade via logical arguments and/or their ability to clarify and define project outcomes in explanatory writing;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex project requirements and develop effective solutions;
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects from inception to completion, liaising with clients and users, and documenting user requirements;
- Proven ability to scope, plan and budget projects, incorporating crucial details such as risk management and return on investment;
- Ability to collaborate with all other departments, valuing transparency;
- Ability to foster a successful team-working environment and promote collaboration across all departments;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables;
- Strong multitasking skills, capable of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management software tools.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study (Finance, Economics, etc) or equivalent demonstrated work experience in finance/financial services/investing/banking
- 3+ years of experience in leading projects
- Possession of project management credentials, PMP preferred
