About the Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to coordinate digital projects related to web development, SEO, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and international clients to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects from planning to delivery and final hand-off;
• Maintain active communication with internal teams (development, design, content);
• Manage tasks, timelines, and priorities using Trello, Jira, and other tools;
• Assign and track tickets and monitor progress;
• Communicate clearly with clients on progress, status updates, deadlines, and scope changes;
• Identify and handle potential risks and blockers early on;
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across all project stages.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in managing digital or software projects;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Hands-on experience with Google Docs, Excel, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Knowledge in SEO, web development, or digital marketing is a plus;
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
