We need your skills and passion in Project Management to help drive success across our highly diverse project portfolio and to foter seamless team collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Learn what it’s like to run a project at A1 Bulgaria and A1 Group.
• Walk the steps from new idea to ready product.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budget.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute all relevant project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, including end business customers - and government structures.
• Address complex challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Play a vital role in ensuring the success of A1 Bulgaria’s projects.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Project Management experience, both in traditional and agile methodologies and tools.
• Project management certificate (e.g. PMP, Prince2, etc.).
• Experience in software delivery and integration projects.
• Leadership, negotiation, and effective communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive person with problem solving and can-do attitude.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various managerial levels.
• Curiosity for understanding new technologies and systems, with a willingness to explore them firsthand
• Technical or business education, minimum bachelor’s degree.
