Project Manager

Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person as a:

Project Manager

If you join our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage approved and assigned projects following the Bank internal rules for project management.
• Prepares project plans for the assigned projects considering the set project time frame, scope, and budget.
• Plan, request and manage internal and external resources within the project. Coordinate and control task execution following the project plan.
• Prepares and provides regular project status reports to management and all stakeholders.
• Manage and escalate project conflicts and Risks and propose mitigation plans together with the project team.
• Communicates actively with project team members at any bank structure by presenting information for project status, tasks and resources, risks and issues, sharing knowledge.
• Ensures smooth transfer of the developments in production systems, along with changes and updates of the documentation for the processes to comply with them.
• Provides methodological support to project teams, at any phase of project life and to any project member.

You are the ideal candidate, if you have:

• +2 professional experience in project management.
• Relevant University degree – technical/business/finance or another related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking.
• Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
• Knowledge in IT and Banking will be considered as advantage .
