Our client – an innovative leader in designing and producing high-quality testers for integrated circuits, is looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator - PCB Layout to join their layout design team. If you enjoy combining technical understanding with project organization, working across departments, and ensuring smooth production processes from start to finish – this could be your role.

Responsibilities

• Project initiation in SAP for new and existing electronics products (from PCB boards to testers) – including defining scope, quantities, deadlines, and cost estimates.
• Administrative coordination of production projects – ensuring all required data, materials, and timelines are up to date in SAP.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) management – updating and maintaining material lists in SAP, following up with the logistics team, and tracking delivery timelines.
• Project progress tracking – overseeing all stages of production and ensuring smooth coordination between departments (hardware, logistics, subcontractors, etc.).
• Material readiness checks – confirming all components are available before production steps and organizing shipments to subcontractors for PCB assembly.
• Cross-department communication – working closely with the HW design team, logistics, and client representatives to ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Client updates – maintaining transparent project information in SAP for client access and providing updates via email.

Requirements

• Relevant technical university degree
• Ability to understand PCB components and schematics
• Ability to read basic PCB schematics in Altium Designer or similar software
• Good Excel skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
