Grove Global Consult is a leading consulting and recruitment agency providing strategic services in the private business sector worldwide. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client’s team in the security and protection industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage projects related to safety and security systems (e.g., fire alarms, video surveillance, anti-burglary systems)
• Collaborate with sales representatives to design complete, functional, and optimal solutions for security systems
• Define project pricing and prepare investment estimates
• Work closely with partners (electricians, system integrators, low current designers) to ensure seamless project implementation
• Monitor project progress, identify critical points, and report accordingly
• Assist in commissioning and training partners when needed
• Manage project documentation and maintain clear communication with colleagues and partners, both locally and internationally

Requirements:

• Vocational education in a technical field
• Knowledge of technical security systems (fire alarms, video surveillance, anti-burglary systems)
• Previous experience in project coordination within the security industry at least 2+ years
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and communicate effectively with team members and clients
• High level of responsibility, independence, proactivity, and flexibility
• Knowledge of AutoCAD tools is desirable but not mandatory
• Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel for business
• Strong interest in new technologies and continuous learning
