About the Role:
This is a primarily administrative role that involves handling a significant amount of paperwork and documentation. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring efficient communication ✔ Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for IT product support and services ✔ Manage extensive paperwork, including proposals, reports, contracts, and administrative documentation
Requirements:
✔ At least 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role ✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ✔ Experience with handling documentation and paperwork ✔ Active driver with a valid driver’s license (occasional travel within Sofia, approx. 3-4 times per week) ✔ Basic knowledge and interest in the IT sector
