For one of our clients , non-governmental organization, we are looking for a motivated person at the position:

Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day coordination of the Academy, ensuring smooth execution of 8–10 training modules and two retreats;
• Manage communication with participants, mentors, and guest speakers, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the program;
• Coordinate logistics and support the delivery of all program events;
• Maintain and organize program documentation, resources and digital assets;
• Organize and co-organize events for Academy participants and the alumni network;
• Support the development of the alumni community, including planning bi-monthly events and an annual retreat;
• Track progress, support reporting processes, and contribute to budget monitoring;
• Research funding opportunities and explore potential academic partnerships.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role - coordinator, project manager, executive assistant, or equivalent;
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to set clear priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Confident communicator able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders - from ministers and NGO leaders to media professionals and business executives;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English;
• Methodical, detail-oriented approach - you follow through and nothing falls through the cracks.
