We are looking for our team in Sofia, Bulgaria for a Production Supervisor.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for organizing the work, short-term planning, and achieving production goals, as well as onboarding, training, and developing subordinates, with the aim of effective and high-quality execution of the production program.
The main tasks will be also related to:
· Prepares and monitors the execution of the production schedule; · Controls the work and ensures compliance with technological processes in production; · Maintains records and prepares analyses based on the key performance indicators set for Production; · Monitors compliance with labor and technological discipline in Production; · Is responsible for achieving quality objectives in production; · Trains and develops the team under their supervision; · Manages safety.
You will be our ideal candidate if you have:
· Manufacturing experience; · Excellent knowledge of technological processes, equipment, and modern production management methods; · Excellent organizational and communication skills; · Skills in prioritization and time management; · People management skills; · Excellent computer literacy; · Very good command of the English language.
