Job Responsibility

• Plans and organizes the activities of production departments and processes so that production orders are fulfilled.
• Ensures production in the required assortment, quantity and quality (in accordance with valid documentation and organizational regulations).
• Completes and verifies production documentation for orders.
• Responsible for the traceability, performance and effectiveness of key metrics related to his/her responsibilities.
• Cooperation with headquarter
• SAP Key user module PP, support of all production departments, education
• Evidence and updating of possible production capacities
• Planning of additional production capacities with regard on new products and chances
• Cooperation with headquarter in connection with production changes, new projects, management of global production capacities
• Article transfers (in cooperation with Production Documentation team lead)

Qualification and skills:

• Education or qualification in a relevant field
• Previous experience in a similar position - at least 3 years
• Advanced skills working with ERP software (SAP is advantage)
• Very good MS Office software skills
• Strong controlling skills (planning, analyzing, reporting)
• Fluent English
• Effective communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
