For one of our trusted clients, a manufacturing company, we are looking for Production Manager to join their team in Plovdiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Organizes and manages the work of the staff, ensuring optimal loading of production facilities and timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Ensures that the manufactured products are of the required quantity and quality
• Organizes daily meetings to determine priorities, report results and introduce corrective/preventive actions in case of identified discrepancies
• Controls compliance with the rules and requirements in the implementation of production processes
• Prepares reports on the workload and work efficiency, reports and monitors the implementation of the KPI of the production entrusted to him, makes proposals for changes to achieve better results
• Participates in the evaluation and planning of the professional development of the staff
• Plans and organizes the maintenance of production equipment

Main requirements:

• Higher technical education (advantage - in the field of electronics, electrical engineering or automation)
• Previous experience (at least 2 years) in the organization and management of production assembly processes
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English.
• Computer literacy – MS Office, ERP-system, production systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to motivate, responsibility and initiative.
