Product Support Specialist with Polish
Your responsibilities will be:
- Provide technical information on technical lubricant products via Phone, Email and Live Chat;
- Provide technical information on the application of technical lubrication products;
- Participate in administrative and reporting tasks ;
- Provide technical information and support for Marine related queries;
- Working knowledge of software packages as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint and MS Access knowledge are desired features of the incumbent;
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the co-located Engineers and Field Engineers/Sales and other related teams;
- Very Good Communication and Customer Service Skills, Empathy, Listening skills.
- Proficient in English as well as Fluency in Polish - B2/C1 proficiency;
- Related Technical or Engineering Degree (technical background in Marine, Aviation or Automobile industry will be considered as big plus)
- Interest in the oil and gas industry with focus on lubricant and fuels products;
- PC literacy, confident in use of MS Office (experience with Amazon apps and SalesForce will be considered as an advantage)
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills;
- Adaptable to a changing environment;
- Organized with attention to details;
