Product Specialist – Metabo And Consumables

We are ambitious and continue to grow and we are looking to hire motivated professional for the position of Product Specialist – Metabo And Consumables.
As the official representative of the globally recognized German brand METABO in Bulgaria, we are looking for an organized and analytical professional to take a leading role in managing and developing the METABO product portfolio and the consumables range for METABO and Raider. We are seeking a person with an interest in technical products who can combine a commercial approach, product expertise, and data analysis when making decisions, and who will play a key role in driving the development of the brand within the company.

As the official representative of the globally recognized German brand METABO in Bulgaria, we are looking for an organized and analytical professional to take a leading role in managing and developing the METABO product portfolio and the consumables range for METABO and Raider. We are seeking a person with an interest in technical products who can combine a commercial approach, product expertise, and data analysis when making decisions, and who will play a key role in driving the development of the brand within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the METABO product portfolio, as well as the consumables range for the Raider and METABO brands;
- Manage the product lifecycle – from the development and introduction of new products to their market positioning;
- Develop pricing and maintain pricing policies for products and consumables within the assigned product segment;
- Analyze the market, competitive environment, and market trends;
- Analyze and manage costs related to the product portfolio, including the calculation and administration of product and environmental fees;
- Identify market opportunities and develop proposals for new products and product range expansion;
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding product ranges, pricing conditions, and new product developments;
- Manage the product mix, price positioning, and participate in marketing activities and campaigns;
- Participate in the sales planning process.
- Experience in pricing and product profitability analysis;
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required;
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make independent decisions;
- Relevant university degree;
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with technical, industrial, or construction products;
- Valid Category B driving license;
- Experience working with large datasets and analyzing product and pricing indicators;
- Experience with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and product compliance processes will be considered an advantage.
