Role Overview
As a Product Owner – Casino Games, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and development lifecycle of our casino games. You will work closely with game designers, developers, mathematicians, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality gaming products that resonate with our players and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the product vision and strategy for new and existing casino games.
Own and prioritize the game development backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, artists, and QA, to drive product development from concept to launch.
Analyze market trends, player behavior, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
Work with stakeholders to define game mechanics, features, and monetization strategies.
Ensure regulatory compliance and technical feasibility of game concepts.
Oversee game performance post-launch, gathering feedback and optimizing based on data-driven insights.
Act as the key point of contact between business teams, developers, and external partners.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Game Producer, or similar role in the casino gaming industry.
Strong understanding of casino game mechanics, RNG systems, and player psychology.
Experience working in environments with cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and technical constraints.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in online gambling.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Live Casino, Slots, Instant/Crash Games or Table Games.
Knowledge of game mathematics, RTP, and volatility models.
