About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive product strategy and execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and design.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to guide product decisions.
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of product releases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Fluent in German (B2 level or higher) – essential for daily communication and stakeholder management.
• Scrum Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent) – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
