Product Manager – Debit cards

Currently we are looking for an innovative, ambitious and proactive person to support the Retail Division of the Bank as a Product Manager in our Head office in Sofia on the generation and implementation of business initiatives in Debit cards and Development of card services department.

Product Manager – Debit cards

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in business development projects related to implementation of new debit card products and services;
• Analyse business results and generate ideas with a focus on improving debit card products and services;
• Define new card related processes in coordination with other departments and stakeholders;
• Collaborate with Visa/Mastercard for activities including card product development and promotional campaigns;
• Prepare and coordinate internal regulations and procedures related to debit cards and card services;
• Participate in the preparation of marketing and sales materials related to debit cards and card services in coordination with other departments;

Requirements:

• Solid analytical skills and innovative thinking;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Pro-active, result oriented, team-player, able to work in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines;
• Relevant University degree in Business/ Finance or other related field;
• Professional business English knowledge;
• Sound knowledge of MS office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
