Currently, we are supporting the company to hire an experienced and creative IT Geek to hold the position of:

Product Manager

Some of the key responsibilities:

• Translate high-level business goals into clear product roadmaps and sprints.
• Improve user journeys across the site, from content to course purchase to community access.
• Support campaigns, attribution, and A/B testing in collaboration with marketing and growth teams.
• Work closely with designers and software developers to improve site structure, navigation, and usability.
• Add new features to enhance user engagement, content discoverability, and monetization.

Essential requirements for the role:

• 5+ years of product management experience in news/media, educational platforms, or e-commerce;
• Demonstrated success in improving user funnels, sales performance, and customer retention;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in startup environments;
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel design, and product-led growth strategies;
• Experience with affiliate models, content, SEO, and community platforms like Discord/Telegram is a plus;
• Data-driven decision-making using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar;
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, especially around high-converting content and mobile-first design;
• Bonus: Background in crypto or Web3 environments.
