Product Development - Digital Products Specialist, Digital Banking Department, Sofia

Contribution and key responsibilities:

• Prepares business requirements for new or existing digital products and services – web and mobile applications
• Participates in improvement and further development of current digital products in order to keep them attractive and up-to-date for clients
• Performs QA testing of newly developed products, services and functionalities – web and mobile applications. Keeps track on open issues in Jira (New Projects, Support Issues, Bug Fixing Issues and Tuning Issues)
• Monitors digital trends
• Processes analyzing and optimization
• Participates in workshops and brainstorming sessions related to active projects
• Collaborates closely with other teams and stakeholders

For efficiency and effective role performance:

• Bachelor's Degree – Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology
• Professional experience – at least 1 year in a financial institution or technology company
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Communicative and adaptive
• Fluent English
• Team player
