Procurement Specialist in the Central Procurement Department

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute procurement activities, including supplier selection and tender processes.
• Conduct negotiations with potential suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Generate and manage purchase orders for goods and services.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of goods and services by suppliers.
• Administer and address instances of non-performance by suppliers.
• Provide guidance and consultation to various departments on procurement practices and effectively utilize the ERP system.
• Adhere to internal policies and procedures, implementing appropriate approval levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in SAP (experience with SAP will be considered an advantage).
• In-depth understanding of procurement regulations and procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong team player.
• Ability to maintain focus and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in Agile Procurement methodologies.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus.
