For the further rollout and improvement of digital procurement processes, we are looking for a Procurement Business Process Expert to join our team.

Your daily routine would include:

  • Collaboration with a global team of experts you optimize and digitalize supply chain management processes for the entities within A1 Group;
  • Review and analyze current procedures in order to recommend and implement changes together with the Business Process Owner;
  • Initiate, accompany and support new projects, especially in SAP and e-procurement environment;
  • Preparing business requirements for implementing new processes in SAP and e-procurement in alignment with Business Process Owners of A1 Group companies;
  • Coordinate a development team consisting of experts in all group companies and 3-rd party providers;
  • Monitor the progress of the developments and report them to stakeholders in alignment with the Business Process Owner;
  • Ensure that the processes are documented, maintained and performed according to the Company’s standards;
  • Prepare, execute and moderate trainings.
We’ll know you can make it, if you have:
  • 4+ years of experience in the field of Source-to-Pay process;
  • Еxperience in coordinating and/or contributing to software development/ implementation projects and testing;
  • Problem solving skills, presentation skills and adherence to deadlines;
  • Finance and financial systems background (SAP, e-procurement IVALUA knowledge) is an advantage;
  • Experience in collaboration with external consultants and IT service providers is a plus;
  • Proactive approach and analytical and structured mindset;
  • Communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize critical activities;
  • University degree in finance, business administration, computer science or similar;
  • Advanced or fluent level of English – written and spoken; German is an advantage.
