PROCESS ENGINEER

Main responsibilities:

• Develop, set and optimize industrial processes;
• Create process documentation and working instructions;
• Coordination and preparation for acceptance of new products into production;
• Determine and define project team;
• Plan resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan;
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering;
• Computer competence;
• Proficiency in English; German language is advantage;
• Knowledge of problem solving tools;
• Experience in manufacturing – plastic injection production is advantage;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Ability to establish and maintain good professional relationships, teamwork;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize;
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills;
