For our production plant in Bulgaria city Pazardzhik we are looking to hire a Process Engineer. As a Process Engineer, you will optimize production processes by overseeing operations to identify and reduce losses, refining material flow, and organizing workflows while integrating lean methodologies and creating optimized layouts. You will ensure compliance with standards like VDA and IATF by maintaining essential documentation and validating processes, while also monitoring project milestones to manage changes and ensure timely completion. By developing and transferring assembly lines and equipment, you will drive innovation, improve efficiency, and contribute to the success of the production environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production process overseeing, analysis of losses and optimization Material flow defining, analysis and optimizations, workflow organization Lean integration Layout creating and optimization Manufacturing engineering Creating and optimizing of assembly processes Creating and maintaining of routings, work instructions, workplace manuals, machine parameter lists, spare parts lists. Validation of processes according VDA/ IATF Keep close look on project milestones, changes and act on their fulfilment on time. Development and transferring of production assembly lines and equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in engineering Knowledge in assembly production processes methods Knowledge in process and material flow analyses Basic knowledge in CAD systems Basic knowledge in Lean management (OEE, KANBAN, 5S, SMED, VSM etc.) Basic knowledge in ERP system (SAP), BOM and Routing construction Sufficient English language proficiency (written and spoken, level B1/B2 according CEFR) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) Analytical and solution oriented thinking Great teamwork and team leading abilities
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:
Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) Capacity Planning Analysis (CPA) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) CAD software layout planning and drawing Knowledge in IATF/VDA automotive standards
