As a Principal Finance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate records and support for all company transactions.
  • Lead initiatives in reviewing financial reports/statements and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide daily and project support for multiple finance functions.
  • Research and resolve complex financial inquiries.
  • Monitor data entered into financial systems and ensure appropriate maintenance of financial data records.
  • Build and review financial reports for management.
  • Ensure accurate approvals for processing of documents.
  • Analyze financial data and submit financial reports.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting/Finance/Business-related studies or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member.
  • Ability to advise, lead, train, and support others.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines.
