We are seeking career minded and independent individuals for an entry level full-time position in our Prime Operations department based in our Sofia office. The Associate will be part of a global team providing operational support on a 24/5 basis to an international network of sophisticated Professional clients.
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday. Working hours/Shifts: Weekly rotation work schedule with the following hours: 9am - 6pm; 4pm - 12am ; Hybrid: 3 days in-office.
Contract type: Labor contract with Stratos Support EAD

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
- Onboard and maintain client accounts
- Provide routine customer service via email and phone
- Process client requests and enquires such as adding new trading venue, updating client information, providing client reports and etc.
- Liaise with Institutional Sales Associates located in our London, Sydney, Hong Kong and New York offices on daily basis
- Coordinate with external counterparties such as third-party trading venues, Prime Brokers and liquidity providers in onboarding clients or resolving client trade issues
- Perform cancellations and amendments of trades when trade issues occur
- Creatively seek solutions to unique client requests, using the tools and systems available as necessary
- Compile scheduled and ad-hoc reports such as Traded Volume, Revenue/PNL calculations, fees calculations, etc.
Requirements
- English fluency: verbal and written
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings and holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have superior customer service skills
- Be able to determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion
- Be able to work collaboratively and constructively in a team environment
