We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Power BI Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that turn raw data into actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Connect, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data within reporting solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate manual tasks.
• Stay up to date with Power BI updates and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI (at least 2 years).
• Strong skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Good understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into clear business insights.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
• Familiarity with Azure Data services or cloud-based data platforms.
• Background in business analysis or data analytics.
