• Support customers and business partners via phone, email, and chat or only email;
• Handle inquiries, requests, and account-related cases with professionalism and attention to detail;
• Analyze information, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate actions when required;
• Work with internal systems and tools to support daily business operations;
• Contribute to maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution of processes and policies.

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in Polish (C1-C2);
• Good command of English (B2);
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities;
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn;
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, operations, or back-office support is an advantage but not required.
