Concerning our continuous growth, we are looking for a new team member for the position of: Photovoltaic Structural Engineer. Main responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural elements for PV power plants, including internal roads, buildings, and transformer stations;
• Perform structural assessments of rooftop buildings for PV system installation;
• Ensure compliance with Eurocode, IEC standards, and all relevant local building regulations;
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other part of engineering department to ensure projects meet requirements and deadlines;
• Conduct on-site inspections and evaluate site conditions for potential structural risks and design issues;
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and construction documentation;
• Review contractor and supplier documentation and provide technical feedback;
• Provide technical support during construction, installation, and commissioning;
• Participate in project meetings and report on structural design progress.

We look for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer);
• Strong advantage: full designer capacity / licensed structural engineer;
• Previous experience in structural design, preferably for photovoltaic (PV) systems or renewable energy projects;
• Knowledge of Eurocode, IEC standards, and local building codes;
• Business-level English, both spoken and written;
• Ability to work independently, coordinate effectively with project teams, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
