On their behalf we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Personal Assistant to their Regional Director to join their team in Sofia. Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Director with all administrative tasks in the office;
- Manage the Regional Directors calendar and schedule meetings;
- Book travel and prepare itineraries;
- Welcome clients and guests;
- Prepare presentations or briefing documents;
- Organize and maintain confidential files;
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams;
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams;
- Assist with contract preparation or review;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
- Manage office supplies and refreshments (e.g., coffee for clients);
- Support onboarding and workspace setup for new employees;
- Coordinate logistics for client visits or events;
- Assist in organizing team-building or company events;
- Handle any urgent or unexpected tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Highly organized;
- Very good Excel skills required;
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian;
- Comfortable handling confidential information;
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities;
- Fast adaptive;
- Ability to take responsibility and solve issues independently;
- Business education or interest required;
- Able and willing to travel.
