Personal Assistant to the General Manager
The Major Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for coordinating daily activities and managing the office
- Liaising with Government Authorities, other Multinational Companies and organizations on behalf of the Management
- Assisting top level management
- Planning, coordinating and executing of corporate events
- Organizing and preparation of agendas, files and presentations
- Responsible for scheduling of meetings and business appointments
- Confidence in dealing with different clients, staff at all levels
- Supplying with stationary
- Take incoming and outgoing correspondence, welcoming guests
- Manage the post and couriers
- Administrative tasks related to the team, events, projects
- Copy, scan, print, complete files, keep records, organize documents
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a personal / office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Bulgarian and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
