We have also worked with a number of famous chefs, including Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsey and Wolfgang Puck, to create bespoke concepts to meet the needs of our client and customers.
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to join our team at Sofia Airport Office for the position of Pertsonal Assistant to the Generel Manager.

Responsibilities
- Personal assistance to the General Manager
- Managing the General Manager’s calendar: coordinating and scheduling meetings (including online) and other events within the company and with partners
- Liaising with colleagues, different departments within the company, business partners, external organisations and authorities
- Business travel administration
- Translation of business documents
- Filing and data capture
- Reception of clients and guests
- Daily administrative tasks and mail administration
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 5 years' experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- English language skills (written and spoken)
