· Spearhead performance marketing across multiple channels (Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, Apple Search Ads, Moloco, Liftoff, etc.) · Manage and optimize a substantial performance marketing budget (80%+ of total marketing spend) · Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives
Team Leadership
· Build and mentor a high-performing team · Recruit top talent to elevate our performance marketing capabilities · Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
Optimization and Innovation
· Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency across all aspects of performance marketing · Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions · Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Marketing Technology Collaboration
· Work closely with the marketing ops division to leverage and improve marketing technology · Provide strategic input on the marketing technology stack to enhance performance marketing efforts · Collaborate on implementing and optimizing analytics, mobile analytics, and attribution tools · Identify opportunities for technological improvements to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness
Stakeholder Management
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing ops, to align performance marketing with overall business goals · Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and freelancers to maximize ROI
