What You’ll Need
- Experience: 4–6+ years in performance marketing or growth roles, with experience in fashion, premium DTC, or e-commerce brands.
- Platform Mastery: Hands-on expertise in scaling Meta Ads, Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping), TikTok, Pinterest, and Affiliate channels.
- Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency with GA4, Shopify Plus, data visualization tools, and modern attribution models.
- A Strategic Executor: You can both plan and execute — from big-picture growth strategy to hands-on campaign optimization.
- Commercially Driven: You treat the company’s marketing budget like your own, constantly seeking efficiency and profitable scale.
- A Clear Communicator: You translate complex data into clear insights for both creative teams and leadership.
- Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly when platforms or market conditions change.
