Position Overview

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across Walltopia's portfolio of brands and products. You will leverage AI-driven marketing tools and automation to ensure that paid activity is well-targeted, well-messaged, and consistently improving — delivering measurable business impact through high-performing campaigns. This is a senior individual contributor role with clear ownership of budget, performance outcomes, and campaign quality, suited to someone who combines strong analytical thinking with sound creative judgement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Campaign Management & AI Automation

  • Create content and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, and ABM channels, targeting B2B buyers across global markets.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging channels, specifically utilizing their machine learning algorithms (e.g., Performance Max, Advantage+).
  • Own campaign performance end-to-end — from audience targeting and AI-driven bid strategy through to reporting and budget pacing.
  • Monitor performance daily, identify trends early, and implement optimizations with speed and precision - KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
AI Integration & Strategy
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, custom LLMs) and automation to increase campaign velocity, improve reporting workflows, and reduce manual overhead.
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned to product value propositions, buyer personas, and business priorities across different markets and verticals.
  • Utilize generative AI to shape ad copy, creative direction, and messaging inputs to improve engagement and conversion at each stage of the funnel.
  • Continuously test creative, audience, and bidding approaches to drive incremental improvement.
Conversion & Insight
  • Еnsure landing page experience, messaging, and user flow are optimized for conversion.
  • Apply CRO principles to evaluate and improve the performance of paid traffic across the full funnel.
  • Provide clear, actionable performance analysis to stakeholders, translating data into strategic recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing, with direct ownership of campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for ad copy creation, creative ideation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and making optimization decisions.
  • Experience managing international or B2B campaigns is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
