Our client – an innovative leader in designing and producing high-quality testers for integrated circuits, is looking for a motivated and organized PCB Layout Project Administrator to join their layout design team. If you enjoy combining technical understanding with project organization, working across departments, and ensuring smooth production processes from start to finish – this could be your role.

Responsibilities

  • Project initiation in SAP for new and existing electronics products (from PCB boards to testers) – including defining scope, quantities, deadlines, and cost estimates.
  • Administrative coordination of production projects – ensuring all required data, materials, and timelines are up to date in SAP.
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) management – updating and maintaining material lists in SAP, following up with the logistics team, and tracking delivery timelines.
  • Project progress tracking – overseeing all stages of production and ensuring smooth coordination between departments (hardware, logistics, subcontractors, etc.).
  • Material readiness checks – confirming all components are available before production steps and organizing shipments to subcontractors for PCB assembly.
  • Cross-department communication – working closely with the HW design team, logistics, and client representatives to ensure projects meet deadlines.
  • Client updates – maintaining transparent project information in SAP for client access and providing updates via email.
Requirements
  • Relevant technical university degree
  • Ability to understand PCB components and schematics
  • Ability to read basic PCB schematics in Altium Designer or similar software
  • Good Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
