Contributing to the organization's growth through effective payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws, the Payroll Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the complete payroll process including data entry, payroll calculations, and timely payments
- Ensure compliance with Bulgarian labor legislation and internal policies
- Coordinate monthly payroll reporting and reconciliation
- Manage employee benefits administration, ensuring accurate enrollment and communication
- Act as a key contact for employee queries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll
- Assist in the hiring, onboarding and offboarding process
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a Payroll or related HR administration role
- Strong knowledge of Bulgarian payroll legislation and practices
- Good communication skills in English & Bulgarian
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive approach, initiative-taking, and ownership of tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
