The Role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of our local Payroll team and will play a pivotal role in creating a great employee experience.

Job Description

• Calculates wages and bonus in compliance with local tax laws
• Prepares monthly payroll and is responsible for timely payment of employee salaries
• Makes sure employee compensation is processed in line with correct working hours
• Controls working schedules and attendance sheets
• Oversees the employee personal files maintenance
• Maintains accurate data in the company database
• Maintains employee bank information
• Oversees the contract signing and termination processes

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English
• University degree in a relevant field
• Experience in payroll and administration
• Knowledge of the local legislation
• Capable of discretely handling confidential information
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Team player
• High sense of responsibility
• Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
