Payroll & Administration Expert

For our "Administration and Payroll" team, we are looking for a new team member for the position of Payroll & Administration Expert.
Your work will include:
Preparation of documents for appointment, change and termination of employment relationships, registration of employment contracts and changes to them in the National Revenue Agency;
Accrual and calculation of wages and benefits, as well as related social security contributions and taxes at the expense of the employee and the employer;
Processing and administration of all types of absences and preparation of accompanying documentation for the National Social Security Institute;
Preparation of reports and certificates upon request;
Preparation and declaration of statistical data to the National Statistical Institute;
Processing of schedules for summarized calculation of working hours.
What you’ll need:
At least 3 years of experience in the field of personnel administration and calculation of wages;
Education related to human capital management will be considered an advantage;
Knowledge of the Labor Code and the Social Security Code;
Fluency in English is a serious advantage;
Excellent computer literacy - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Excellent communication skills.
