About the Role:
As a Payments Specialist, you will manage and monitor end-to-end payment activities within a Shared Service Center environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and secure payment execution while supporting compliance, reporting, and process improvements.

About the Role:
As a Payments Specialist, you will manage and monitor end-to-end payment activities within a Shared Service Center environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and secure payment execution while supporting compliance, reporting, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute vendor, employee, and ad hoc payments via SAP and banking platforms (SEPA, ACH, wires)
- Monitor payment cycles and resolve failed or rejected transactions
- Ensure compliance with approval workflows, internal controls, and fraud prevention procedures
- Support bank file uploads, payment batches, and reconciliation with bank confirmations
- Maintain accurate payment documentation and support audit requirements
- Troubleshoot SAP payment issues and support system improvements
- Prepare payment reports, KPIs, and support month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with AP, Treasury, Payroll, and vendors on payment-related topics
- Contribute to process optimization and standardization initiatives
- Degree or vocational education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in Payments, Accounts Payable, or SSC environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/MM), especially payment processing (F110, FBZP)
- Knowledge of banking formats and tools (SEPA XML, ACH, wires, MT940)
- Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
- Understanding of payment controls, compliance, and fraud risks
- Fluent in English
