For one of our clients – is a key player in sustainable freight and logistics solutions for maritime and industrial sectors, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role - Payment Processing Assistant.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform transactional activities in the Invoice-to-Pay process with minimal supervision;
  • Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts
  • Assist with invoice review and approval, and resolve discrepancies;
  • Support GRIR reconciliations with the ItP Specialist and Team Lead;
  • Collaborate actively within the ItP team and maintain positive relationships with colleagues;
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and accurate documentation;
  • Resolve recurring issues and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain data accuracy in company systems;
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business (completed or in progress);
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in the Invoice-to-Pay (ItP) area;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Experience with handling queries;
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and analytical abilities;
  • Experience with ERP/Cloud systems is a plus;
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office;
  • Professional communication skills and strong work ethic.
