The Patient Relations Manager is a Key role in the Clinic and of great importance for our business. We are looking for a Patient Relations Manager who will make our Patients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our Clinic.

Patient Relations Manager responsibilities include:

Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class Patient service experiences Analyzing patients’ feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating Responding to patients needs and anticipating their unstated ones

What is the role of a Patient Relations Manager?

Your responsibilities include participating in welcoming the Patients as they arrive, coordinating their appointments to assigned medical teams and informing them about the processes in the Clinic as well as participating in the preparation and discussion of their individual treatment plans. You will also have to collaborate with the front-desk staff, including Receptionists and Drivers, offer stellar customer service and meet the expectations of our Patients. If you have previous hospitality experience and are familiar with clinic or hotel procedures, like bookings, schedules supervision, payment procedures, customers’ feedback collection, we’d like to meet you.

Our ideal candidates have a passion for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

Provide upscale Patients service experiences throughout their stay with the Clinic Monitor daily bookings and ensure all cancelations and changes in the schedule are properly recorded in the dedicated software system Coordinate logistics such as airport and hotel transfers for Patients by making sure they arrive on time for their appointments and wait shortest possible time when their treatment procedure is finished Oversee check-out procedures including financial transactions (payment of deposits and other due payments) as per the treatment plans Promptly address Patients’ requests such as booking of medical tests, luggage storage, moving from one hotel to another, etc. Actively listen to and resolve Patients’ complaints when they arise Ensure Patients like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services Coordinate and manage communication between Patients and staff and follow-up to ensure we resolve Patients’ concerns Liaise with the Sales team, the Administrative team and the Medical teams to assure the Patient receives all the information, care and services they need Collect Patients feedback regularly and at the end of each treatment phase

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Manager or similar role Proficiency in English; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Ability to work flexible hours as per the schedule of the Clinic Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field is an advantage
