Position Overview:

We are actively expanding and seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Outreach Link Building Expert. In this role, you'll leverage strategic outreach, relationship building, and digital networking skills to drive high-quality backlinks, enhance client visibility, and elevate brand authority across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted outreach: systematically contact bloggers, publishers, journalists, and influencers to secure relevant, high-quality backlinks.
• Strategy development: Create, implement, and continuously refine link-building strategies aligned with overall SEO and marketing goals.
• Relationship management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with authoritative websites and content partners.
• Content collaboration: Coordinate with content creators and copywriters to develop link-worthy materials that naturally attract backlinks.
• Competitor analysis: Monitor competitor backlink profiles to identify new link opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Performance tracking: Regularly track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of link-building campaigns using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• SEO best practices: Stay up-to-date with evolving SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain the effectiveness of outreach and link-building efforts.
• Quality assurance: Ensure backlinks are ethical, relevant, and compliant with industry standards, avoiding spam or harmful practices.

What You Bring

• Proven experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO link building, digital PR, or outreach within a digital marketing agency or in-house role.
• SEO knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles, link-building strategies, and current best practices.
• Outreach expertise: Demonstrated ability to successfully execute outreach campaigns, build lasting relationships, and secure high-quality backlinks.
• Tool proficiency: Familiarity with link-building and outreach tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, BuzzStream, or similar platforms.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret data, monitor campaign performance, and adapt strategies for continual improvement.
• Creative problem-solving: Capacity to identify unique opportunities for outreach and link acquisition through innovative and strategic thinking.
• Organizational skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outreach projects and relationships concurrently.
