Order Processing Specialist with French and English

Sofia | Hybrid Model

The company provides innovative digital solutions and services, supporting business customers worldwide through advanced technologies and a diverse portfolio of IT products and services.

Your responsibilities:

  • Process and enter customer orders into internal systems
  • Track orders throughout their lifecycle to ensure timely completion
  • Ensure accuracy of data and correct order processing
  • Communicate with colleagues via Microsoft Teams to clarify order details and quotations
  • Handle mainly written communication via email
  • Participate in occasional calls and trainings with colleagues in France
  • Work in an international environment with a hybrid working model
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00
Our requirements:

  • Fluency in French (B2) and English (B2)
  • Good teamwork skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in order management, administration, data processing, or similar is considered an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
