For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Order Processing Assistant with German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately in the internal systems;
  • Handle contract and invoicing documentation in line with company policies;
  • Support order lifecycle from entry to delivery, ensuring timely updates;
  • Maintain professional B2B email communication with clients and internal teams;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any issues related to orders;
  • Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on pending or delayed items;
  • Occasionally handle incoming calls, though communication is primarily via email.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in German (B2 level) and intermediate English skills;
  • Previous experience in invoicing, order management, contract administration is a plus;
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in a B2B email environment;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus;
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and collaborate with international teams;
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
