For one of our clients - а global technology leader driving digital and cloud innovation across multiple industries, we are looking for – Order Processing Advisor with German (Hybrid).

For one of our clients - а global technology leader driving digital and cloud innovation across multiple industries, we are looking for – Order Processing Advisor with German (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify contracts for activations, updates, and cancellations in ERP systems;
- Respond to customer questions about contract status and lifecycle with clarity and speed;
- Ensure all activities align with company policies and compliance standards;
- Prepare and review reports, keeping accurate records and documentation;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on contract progress;
- Improve and document processes related to contract handling and system updates;
- Support and train fellow order management team members; suggest workflow enhancements;
- Manage special billing requests, ensuring correct invoicing after approval.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (spoken and written), with strong English proficiency;
- Previous experience in administration or customer service roles;
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Proactive, flexible, and committed to meeting team goals and deadlines;
- Confident in using MS Office and similar tools;
- Strong communicator, able to work across teams and with clients;
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively;
- Open to learning and continuous improvement.
Our client offers:
- The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, with a shift from 10:00 to 19:00 for half of the month.
- The role follows a flexible work arrangement, with a hybrid model;
